We need to focus on generally improving our lifestyle to improve our bodies rather than trying to find quick fixes. In fact it is quick fixes that are causing most of our bodies issues. It is easier to get take out, it is easier to sit in front of the TV. It is not hard to be healthy it is just EASIER not to be.
